We are launching this pilot project to offer employees of Lloyds access to a Talent Partnership Scheme within the group. There are over 200 Talent Partnerships at Lloyds who are are extremely passionate about it and as an employer we have seen it optimise knowledge creation, career opportunity and productivity.
What is a Talent Partnership Scheme?A Talent Partnership Scheme is an initiative for employees who are committed to a career but not able to work a full working week from 9-5.
The scheme targets roles that require full-time continuity throughout the week and therefore are unable to offer part-time flexibility. The scheme itself enables employee led talent matching interventions, which accelerate the formation of full-time Talent Partnerships as part of a recruitment process. Note: why not use the term Job share? - because we are accelerating the development of a full-time Partnership not simply "sharing a job". We invite departments to show their support for employing Talent Partnerships by becoming Ambassadors of the scheme. Pilot Aims 1. To assess the level of demand for a Talent Partnership Scheme amongst our employees and hiring teams.
2. To empower and support our employees throughout the process of finding and recruiting Talent Partnership. 3. To work closely with business managers to embed training and recruitment matching interventions that enable Talent Partnerships to emerge naturally as part of recruitment. 3. To use the findings of the pilot to quantify and improve awareness of the benefits, the process and inform our wider network. |
