Julian StanleyJulian is an experienced executive coach and has over 25 years CEO experience across public, commercial and third sectors. Julian spent 9 years as CEO of the Education Support Partnership and his career has encompassed the civil service, local government, community & economic regeneration, theatre & events managements & arts education in schools. Julian served as Chair of the Cambridge and Peterborough Learning Trust & East London Dance Ltd & was a founder of Stratford Circus in East London. Julian is an experienced facilitator of leadership workforce engagement & employee-wellbeing and had previously appeared regularly on TV and radio to comment on issues affecting teacher health, wellbeing & effectiveness, the recruitment and retention crisis, parent-teacher relations and the challenges facing school leaders & teaching staff.

Ronnie BarkerRonnie is our CTO, working closely with Sara, to create strategies with early adopters to take the existing beta platform to full production. A technologist at heart, Ronnie brings a wealth of experience to Ginibee, both as a hands on technical coder and also as an experienced CTO and founding member of successful tech startup iCheque Network Ltd. As their CTO, he built the team and IT systems achieving approval under the FCA as a hugely successful eMoney institution and has subsequently successfully exited.

Nick HorsfallNick is our Analytics expert, bringing with him over 15 years’ experience in business intelligence consultancy and strategic data analytics, Cognos BI, Tableau and Open Pages expertise. Nick focusses on ensuring that the Admin analytics reporting is set up and works with enterprise organisations to offer valuable insights and enable the creation of customized reports in line with business objectives.

Tony HarrisTony brings years of experience to our team as coach and mentor, Accelerate Cambridge, Judge Business School. As an experienced technology entrepreneur, having been profiled by the London Sunday Times, Tony was twice finalist for the Ernst & Young "Entrepreneur of the Year" and was joint recipient of The Prince of Wales Award for Technological Achievement before exiting Software Imaging in 2007 via an MBO.

Christina Youell Christina is Director of People & Performance Ltd, a Cambridge company providing bespoke learning interventions and coaching support to individuals, teams and Boards. She is an experienced HR professional with over 20 years’ experience and works with Boards, Members, Chief Executives, Directors, Heads of Service and Managers in the Public, Voluntary and Private sectors. She also designs and delivers management workshops, team away days and she coaches leadership boards within client organisations.

Katherine Wiid
Katherine founded Recrion in 2001 to enhance individuals and employers’ experience of work. She is a Master in Language and Behavioural profiling – one of just 450 people in the world who, by listening to people speak, decodes their speech patterns to reveal 14 motivational triggers regarding their work. Using her coaching and LAB Profiling skills, she enables people to identify what really motivates them and interact more effectively, so that they they’ll love what they are doing.
